Author Guidelines
Essential requirements before you submit
Follow these rules to keep peer review fast and predictable. All journals share the same core expectations on formatting, ethics, and declarations.
Format and structure
- • Title, abstract, keywords, and full text in English.
- • Consistent citation style (APA/IEEE-like) using a reference manager.
- • Numbered figures and tables with concise captions.
- • Remove author names/affiliations from the main file for double-blind review.
Ethics and permissions
- • Provide plagiarism check evidence (e.g., iThenticate) when available.
- • Add ethics board approval and informed consent for human/animal studies.
- • Secure permissions for copyrighted figures, tables, and datasets.
- • Include contributor roles, funding, and conflict of interest statements.
Required files
- • Main manuscript (anonymized for double-blind review)
- • Cover letter summarizing contribution and journal fit
- • Conflict of interest and funding statements
- • Ethics approvals (where applicable)
- • Copyright/permission letters for third-party materials
- • Optional: supplementary files, code, data repository links
After submission
- • Track peer review status in your submission dashboard.
- • Address reviewer comments with a point-by-point response letter.
- • Post-acceptance: language check, layout, DOI assignment.
- • Open access license: CC BY-NC 4.0 (default policy unless noted).
