Citation Guide
Cite consistently and avoid common errors
Use a single style across your manuscript and supplementary materials. Check data, code, and figure attributions just as carefully as literature references.
Core style tips
- • Pick one style (APA/IEEE/Vancouver) and apply it everywhere.
- • Include DOIs where available; prefer canonical DOI links.
- • Keep author order, titles, and venue names exact; avoid auto-capitalization.
Datasets, code, figures
- • Cite datasets with creators, version, host repository, and DOI/URL.
- • Credit codebases, models, and pretrained checkpoints with version/hash.
- • Confirm license compatibility when reusing figures or tables.
Pre-submission checklist
- • Reference manager sync completed; no dangling placeholders.
- • In-text citations match reference list order and count.
- • Supplementary files and appendices mirror the main style.
- • All URLs/DOIs tested for accessibility.
